This is by far the best med spa I have been to and I have been to many in several different states for various services. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They NEVER try to upsell. Monica is especially wonderful-- so friendly and a pleasure to work with!!

They are honest and work with you to find the best solution to your concern at the best price. I'm so happy with the services I've received here and the ample follow up care which was unlike anywhere else I've been. I couldn't believe how much thought and care they put into my satisfaction after I had already payed and weeks had passed-- everywhere else I have been seemed to leave me in the dust and never follow up for before after photos, etc.

I have a very sensitive skin and whenever I had any treatment done in the past it would always take a long time for my face to recover. I've been to a few med spas in the past and every single time I warned them about my skin, they would tell me that I'll be fine in a couple of days, which was never the case.

Not only did Dr. Troiano warn me that it would take me longer than usual to recover because of my skin sensitivity, but she actually recommended for me not to do certain procedures that I've done before. She explained my skin type to me and what I would benefit from the most. I really appreciate the honest care and medical professionalism at Dash Med Spa. It is obvious they are not trying to sell you every kind of treatment out there and actually work on treating you the proper way and I believe that is very important when it comes to taking care of your body.

I am 75 years old. I was hesitant about going anywhere to treat my wrinkles. I felt that nothing would help me except maybe surgery. I was referred to Dr. Troiano and finally decided to see her in March. She recommended laser resurfacing to help with my wrinkles. Once again, I was not sure if I should proceed. I spoke to my friends who had laser treatments before and was getting mixed opinions. However, the way Dr Troiano explained everything to me, and the overall feel I got while at Dash Medical gave me a sense of confidence to go ahead with the treatment. The treatment itself is uncomfortable, but it is very quick. My skin is sensitive, so my face was red for a few days. With that being said, I am shocked with the results! I did a total of 3 sessions and even after the 2nd one I was already very happy with the way my face looked. My family and friends have noticed the difference. My skin looks smoother and brighter, and with a lot less wrinkles. I definitely recommend Dr. Troiano and Dash Medical Spa for their honesty and genuine care.

When someone suggested that I look into nonsurgical fat reduction procedures, I was hesitant and doubtful that something like that actually works. After doing some research, I found a few different options. I went to several clinics to get an assessment. I was getting similar recommendations and pricing. What made me choose Dash medical spa and the coolsculpting elite technology was how everything was presented. I was not being sold or promised any miracles. Instead, Monica thoroughly explained to me how coolsculpting works, what is realistic to expect and what I have to do on my end to make sure that I have good results. I wanted to wait until I finished my second round of treatments to write a review, but I am so pleasantly surprised about my results after 5 weeks that I had to share my experience with others. Not only did coolsculpting work for me, but the way it did exceeded my expectations, especially after only one session. For someone looking into these types of procedures, I recommend doing a lot of research, but also finding a place that simply feels right. To me, Dash Medical was that place. Besides being knowledgeable and professional, they were very accommodating by seeing me on a Sunday, which was the only day that I could come in. Thank you to Dash Medical and their staff. This is my first time getting any kind of procedures done for my face. I’m in my mid 30s and I’ve started to notice the early signs of aging. I was very anxious and hesitant to do something about it. I finally decided to look into it after I was referred to Dr Troiano by one of my friends. I went to see her at the new location in Delray Beach. The whole experience was a lot better than I expected. They really took their time to explain things in a way that made sense to someone like me, who doesn’t know much about anti aging treatments. I received my first laser treatment out of three, and everything went according to what I was told and prepared for. I definitely recommend Dash medical spa because of their communication and thoroughness from the moment I scheduled my appointment, to their follow-up after the procedure.
